BATHROOM REMODEL
Ray Johnson, owner of Old School Inc., just completed my bathroom remodel. First, he fit me into his schedule and then worked long hours to complete the job. Second, his pricing was very fair. My first encounter with him was his quote. He spelled out everything in detail, what was to be done, and contingencies on what we might run into with a leaking shower. Because he was so organized, or maybe Mrs was, but it made Old School Inc an easy choice.
ROOF FRAMING REPAIR
Ray did a great job repairing a beam and rafter in my attic. He had an engineer evaluate and sign off on the plan and then stamp it after the work was done. He was able to work my project into his schedule quickly so that it would be repaired before the first snow storm. Would highly recommend him and his team.
DECK AND PERGOLA
Simply put, Ray is the guy you want doing your project! Through every phase of the deck project, he was constantly looking for the "better" way to build it. "Code calls for a 8" hole for the caissons, I'm going to use a 10" hole". "Code doesn't call for it, I feel better with extra support here". Changes, well let's be honest that no one likes them, but Ray was excellent at not only accommodating our changes, but coming up with creative changes on his own.
FLOORING AND KITCHEN REMODEL
Ray is awesome! He has done an amazing job on our house- we had a water heater leak and create a giant insurance nightmare, and Ray has been patient with us, prompt with estimates, and honest with pricing. He's done a GREAT job on everything so far. This project has been delayed numerous times because of insurance stuff, and he's been very accommodating with our schedule. He's easy to get a hold of, always on time, super chill about me asking him a million questions, and the work is stellar. If you want work that's done right, and done on time, and someone you can count on, I would hire Old School, Inc. If we ever have anything we need done on our house in the future, we will be calling them again, for sure! Thank you Ray!!! You are wonderful!
BATHROOM REMODEL
Did a great job, left everything in better shape than they found it. We found an additional structure problem which they fixed promptly and well. Plan to use them again for my other bathroom remodel.
REMODEL
Ray helped remodel our house when we moved to Colorado. We can't say enough about Ray and the professionalism of his crew. We moved with 3 little kids and were living in the basement during the remodel. Ray is a perfectionist when it comes to the quality of his work, not only will he not cut corners but he offers advice to make sure everything looks good when he is done. He did a great job on the remodel and also went out of his way to accommodate the family living in the basement. He is a great communicator on the job so we were aware of how things were going and what the plan and time table was moving forward.
